Mason Hatton  

Mason Hatton

Managing Director

Mason Hatton originally joined Peek as Projects and Engineering Director in January 2005 with responsibility for delivery of Peek's wide variety of systems solutions, as well as overseeing the development and launch of Peek's new products. A mechanical engineer by background, Mason worked within the automation industry for several years delivering bespoke automation solutions, first as a Project Manager, then progressing to the Operations Manager for Modular Automation. Prior to joining Peek, Mason was the Operations Manager for Perry Slingsby System working within the Oil and Gas Industry as well as supplying capital equipment to the Ministry of Defence. Mason took the role of Managing Director in October 2008.

     
Bryan East  

Bryan East

Finance Director

Bryan East joined Peek in 1996 as Finance Director. Bryan qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young but has spent many years in the Electronics industry. He joined GEC after qualifying, initially working for the group Finance Director as an internal auditor before moving to a GEC Marconi operating unit as divisional accountant. Bryan then joined STC/Northern Telecom as chief accountant for the UK Transmission equipment business unit, he then had a variety of roles within the business before rejoining GEC Marconi as a Finance Director for the Dynamics business.

     
Steve Wright  

Steve Wright

Director of Operations - Highways

Steve Wright joined Peek in December 1993 following the acquisition of Elequip Traffic Controls. With a background in finance Steve was initially taken on as the Divisional Accountant (later being appointed Financial Controller) responsible for all financial aspects of the Peek Field Service business. Steve’s operational focus led to his appointment as Director of Services in January 2002. Following the company’s reorganization in October 2008 he was appointed Director of Operations for the Peek Highway business. Steve is now responsible for the strategy and delivery of all business within the Highways sector managed through three business streams; Systems, Projects and Services.

     
Andy Knowles  

Andy Knowles

Director of Operations – Urban

Andy Knowles joined Peek in 1995 with the aquisition of GEC Traffic whom Andy had joined in the late 1980s as a trainee installer. After a five year period out of the industry, Andy rejoined Peek in 2001 as Regional Manager North East and Scotland, he was then promoted to a new role of National Field Services Manager in 2005 and more recently in October 2008 appointed to Director of Operations for the Urban business. Andy is responsible for a team of 220 people across the Urban Regions including the Urban Projects team who deliver Urban Traffic Management Solutions.

     
Michael Stembridge  

Michael Stembridge

Engineering Director

After 20 years working in the defence industry Michael Stembridge joined Peek in October 2008 as the Engineering Director. Responsibility in this role includes the end-to-end delivery of new products to our Operations teams, and encompasses Product Management, Engineering and Production Operations. Michael’s background is in Software Engineering, Project Management and Engineering Management initially at Ultra Electronics, and more recently at board level within Racal Acoustics.

     
Marc Roberts  

Marc Roberts

Business Development Director

Marc Roberts joined Peek in March 2009 as Business Development Director. A Chartered Engineer, he joined GEC Avionics after graduating, working in the field of electronic equipment design. He returned to university to gain a business degree and spent some time working within the NHS on reorganising services before joining Serco Limited as a Business Development Manager in the transport services sector. He held a number of roles within Serco including managing multi-million pound tenders for new contracts, a software development business and latterly business development and operational roles in the ICT sector.

     
Richard Yates  

Richard Yates

Director of Operations - NRTS

Having joined Peek in 2008, Richard Yates was appointed Director of Operations with responsibility for the NRTS business unit in October 2009.
With a diverse range of industry experience within petrochemicals, telematics, transport, logistics and asset management and having worked for, among others, RAC, Rentokil Initial, VT Group, Qualcomm and latterly in private consultancy, Richard has served an equally diverse customer base. Managing large, often heavily unionised workforces, from Grangemouth refineries to Heathrow airport and business units servicing customers as diverse as Marley and Safeway, Richard has developed a solid background in challenging operational environments.
