Learning and Development

Peek invests heavily in learning and development in line with our purpose, values and strategy and in conjunction with our competency based performance management process.

 

Anyone joining Peek can expect a thorough induction programme including a corporate central induction sponsored by our Management Team. A well-planned induction programme lays the foundation for a positive working relationship that can be built on over time.

 

Our technical training is second to none and we are proud to have internal ASLEC accredited trainers onsite, conducting crucial technical and health and safety training for our teams across all units.

 

We run an internal Supervisory/Management Development Programme as well as offering additional external soft skills and Management training solutions. We appreciate that building effective management and supervisory skills are crucial to helping our Company grow.
